Trekking NI members participated in Mountain Skills Level 1 with Mountaineering Ireland lead by Ronnie. This outdoor seminar was conducted under blue skies within the surrounds of natural beauty that is The Mournes. The two day course saw club members learn the art of navigation gaining competencies in following a bearing, taking a bearing and map reading.
