Trekking NI concluded 2022 with a pleasant social hike along the impressive Mourne Granite Trail. The charm of the coniferous forest adjacent the trail was a delight to experience as the group enjoyed time bonding during an easy going trek in a scenic and pacifying environment. The winter sun glared intensely from a blue sky upon the mountain range from where a beautiful sea view could be appreciated. The group strolled to the beat of crunching footsteps on the frost coated surface. They progressed through the shady mountain valley making it to the Mourne Wall where they spent time together “chilling” however the company was warm and a merry time was had by all.
